Shipping policy

Shipping:

We are currently able to ship only to the following locations:

Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that we use a variety of carrier services for each shipping option and it is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

Continental United States:
All orders of $150 or more ship to the continental United States for free.  All orders less than $150 have a flat rate shipping of $5 or more depending on weight.

Free Standard shipping promotional offer applies only to new orders shipping to the continental U.S.. Offer is not valid for split shipping to multiple addresses. No code required. Offer is for a limited time and is subject to change without prior notification.
 
Alaska & Hawaii:
Orders to Alaska & Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.  Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on total order weight.
 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of certain holidays. Please allow one (1) additional business day for processing of orders placed on weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days to ship.

Rocket Collectibles is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other external factors.

Pre-Orders

If an order contains any items not on pre-order, we will ship those items when pre-orders are available. The shipping charges will be based on the total of all pre-order and in-stock items. 

Pre-order cancellations generally occur whenever there is an issue with the billing or shipping information.

For a billing issue, please make sure that the name on the card and the address listed for billing both match your monthly statement.

Our system requires a correctly formatted address to ensure proper delivery.
